    Error 1935. An error occurred during the installation of assembly component(82C13A31-9534-319A-A600-7E8BFE2CFDBB). HRESULT: 0x8007371B.

    The system continues to return this error…I don’t have any outlook products installed on this machine.

    To resolve this issue, use one of the following methods, as appropriate for your situation. Then, try to install the 2007 Office program again.

    Method 1:
    Repair the Microsoft .NET Framework version 2.0 installation
    To do this, follow these steps:
    1. Click Start, click Control Panel, and then click Add or Remove Programs.
    2. In the Currently installed programs list, click Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0, and then click Change/Remove.
    3. Click Repair, and then click Next.

    Method 2:
    Install the .NET Framework version 2.0
    If a version of the .NET Framework is not installed on the computer, install the .NET Framework version 2.0. To do this, visit the following Microsoft Web site:

    Method 3:
    Reinstall the Microsoft .NET Framework version 1.1
    If the .NET Framework version 1.1 is installed, remove it, and then reinstall it.

    1. Click Start, click Control Panel, and then click Add or Remove Programs.
    2. In the Currently installed programs list, click Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 and then click Change/Remove.
    3. Click Yes to uninstall the .NET Framework version 1.1.
