Sometimes the above discussed method may not resolve the issue. If the problem still exists after terminating Microsoft Outlook 2010 from the Task Manager, then the reason may be different. The most possible reason for this issue is due to the corrupted profile. If the profiles created for Microsoft Outlook 2010 gets corrupted, then also we may not open Microsoft Outlook 2010 and it may hang at splash screen.
