The recently introduced More Add-in for Microsoft Office 2010 is a great relief for all those who struggle through endless words, figures, graphs and images. Whether you are a corporate stalwart, an academician, a researcher or a student, documents with a look of an epic is nobody’s favorite. This add-in helps you to expand or compress the parts of the document to a click.
You can use the More Add-in by creating collapsibles. These collapsibles can be chunks of words, paragraphs, images, graphs, videos or even a whole new title. You can select the part to be hidden in the document, by clicking the ‘Create’ button that will be shown in the toolbar. You can name them according to your wish or use the default markers. You can add emphasis to the marker by opting for level of importance. Thus, you will be able to hide gross graphs and figures, or large blocks of documents, which can be viewed only when one requires. So, now you can be free from imposed information in a document.
Furthermore, these documents can be used by the users who do not have More Add-in installed on their PCs. You just have to add the content and collapsible to a collapsible-enabled document.
You can work in different fashion with the More Add-in. You can create a hierarchy in a collapsible, or create a heading with a complete new article underneath. You can manage the collapsible in accordance to your priority and need. These features can be also used before printing a document. If you don’t want certain part of paragraphs, images or graphs; you can hide them and print, and eventually reduce printing cost!
So, now you can have a smooth experience while going through a document. No unwelcome information, complex data and graphs or going back and forth for end notes. It’s time to enjoy reading!
