Simply click on the File tab, this allows you manage your data and program using the Backstage View.

You can also customize and protect your files according to the nature of the file. If you are collaborating on a project with your team, you can log in with a specific password that only your team has access. Do you want to share an article or file with your peers or team? All you have to do is click on ‘Share’ and choose to share it as an E-mail attachment or save it on the website of your choice.
