I just purchased MS Suite 2010 Student Addition and I have two questions.
1) How can I download or buy a CD with the application on it as back up?
2) Can I install a copy on a second computer in the home using the same Lic Key?
I would like to do this as my son will starting college soon and I would feel more comfortable with these applications available on a second computer if one should fail.

No, you cannot install the copy on second device. One Copy per Device. You may install one copy of the software on one device. That device is the “licensed device.”
I have bought a copy of office home and student 3 licence one computor is running a older version of out look and loading this loads a fre trial version is there away to stop the free trial to load as to not to interfere with the older outlook 2003. if you do a uninstall it does not allow removal of conponets and like wise it appears even under custom install it does not allow you to de-select the trial versions or am i missing something. i tried the use older version thing in the program bar under outlook but to no avail it will not open the older version so i deleted office and reloaded older outlook again Thanks Bill

Office home and student does not come with outlook. i am not sure where it came on your computer.
Try opening outlook from c:program files and let us us know if it works from there.
