I have a problem with office 2010 outlook. It keeps crashing and restarting when I go to create a new email or when I reply to an email.
I am running on Windows 7
First and most importantly backup your emails .
Now to troubleshoot the issue perform the following steps:
1. Uninstall Outlook 2010 (only Outlook from the Office suite).
2.Delete all “Outlook” keys from registry located in “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE and the HKEY_CURRENT_USERSOFTWAREMicrosoftOfficeOutlook” (and 8.0Outlook, 9.0Outlook, 10.0Outlook, 11.0Outlook, 12.0Outlook, 14.0Outlook).
3. Delete all “Outlook” keys in registry.
4. Reinstall Outlook 2010
