You can do these jobs easily by using the shortcut keys CTRL+C, CTRL+X, and CTRL+V, respectively. CTRL+Z, CTRL+Y are used to do the undo and redo options. To create, open, or save a new document, CTRL+N, CTRL+O, CTRL+s short cuts could also be used. To change the view options also short cuts are available. They are ALT+CTRL+P, to make the print layout view, ALT+CTRL+O, for the outline view, and the ALT+CTRL+N for the draft view. To print a document, you can use the CTRL+P shortcut. If you want to reach to the beginning of a document, use the HOME option. Similarly to go to the end of a document, you should press the END button. Some more shortcut keys are also available in Word 2010.
